Do I have to buy a membership to rent jewellery?
No. Purchasing DIAMOND ICQ membership is optional. However, our membership offers greater value!

How is rental fee calculated?
Rental fees are based on the jewellery's retail value and the rental duration:
  • Short-term Rental (3 Days): 5% of jewellery value or HK$500 (whichever is higher)
  • Monthly Rental (1 Month): 10% of jewellery value or HK$1,000 (whichever is higher)
  • Extended Rental (2 Months): 15% of jewellery value or HK$1,000 (whichever is higher)
Can I rent multiple pieces at once?
Yes. We will just need your credit card pre-authorisation of each item deposits.
Do I need to pay a deposit to rent jewellery if I am not a member?
Yes. A "Credit Card Hold" (pre-authorisation) equivalent to the original retail price of the item is required as a deposit. This operation only freezes your credit limit, no funds will be deducted, and it will not appear on your monthly statement. Once the item is timely returned in good condition, the pre-authorisation will be fully and automatically released.

No deposit required for members unless Member Points insufficient.
What happens if I return jewellery late?
If you return late, the rental automatically upgrades to the next tier (3-day → 1 month → 2-month). Extended Rental Fee will be deducted from your deposit, or Wallet Credit if you are our member. Beyond 2 months, it is treated as a purchase at full retail price.
What if I decide to buy a rented item?
If you buy within a 3-day rental, the rental fee is fully waived.

For 1 or 2 months rentals, rental fees are not refunded, and you pay the full retail price.
What if the jewellery is damaged during rental?
  • Normal wear including minor signs of wear from careful use incur no charges.
  • Superficial metal damage that does not affect structure or function will incur a fixed repair fee
  • Stone damage or loss is treated as purchase at retail price
  • Lost certificates/packaging may incur additional charges

Can I pre-book jewellery to rent for a future date?
Yes. Reservations available up to 90 days in advance.
For members: Rental fees are charged via Wallet Credit.
For non-members: A pre-authorisation of credit card for deposit, and charge rental fees via payment.
