- Short-Term Rental (3 Days)
5% of the item’s listed selling price (min $500)
10% of the item’s listed selling price (min $1000)
- Extended Rental (2 Months)
15% of the item’s listed selling price (min $1000)
Rental fees are fixed at the time of booking and are based on the item’s listed selling price.

- All items are available for in-store collection

Courier delivery is available for items priced below HKD $30,000, subject to sufficient Member Points
- Items priced HKD $30,000 and above are for in-store collection only
Return
- All items may be returned in-store
- Courier return is available only for eligible items below HKD $30,000 and must be returned using the original DIAMOND ICQ packaging
📅 Advance Booking & Availability
- Items may be reserved up to 90 days in advance
- DIAMOND ICQ will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your selected reservation
- If an item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be:
- Notified as soon as practicable, and
- Offered a similar or alternative item where possible
- Or allowed to select another item
- Or cancel the booking without penalty
↩️ Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the selected rental date
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 20% rental fee, deducted from Wallet Credit
- All eligible refunds will be credited back to your Wallet Credit
⏰ Late Return Policy
Timely returns ensure availability for the next member.

3-Day Rental (Late) → Converts to 1-month rental

1-Month Rental (Late) → Converts to 2-month rental

2-Month Rental (Late) → Item is deemed purchased in full
Any shortfall in Wallet Credit must be settled immediately.
💎 Damage, Loss & Tampering Policy
All jewellery and timepieces are professionally inspected, documented, and photographed before and after each rental.
Normal Wear (No Charge)
Minor signs of wear from careful use, such as light surface scratches or natural strap creasing.
Minor Damage
Superficial damage that does not affect structure or function.
- Fixed repair/refurbishment fee from HKD $500, depending on the item.
Severe or Functional Damage
Includes damage affecting structure, stones, safety, or functionality (e.g. broken jewellery, missing or damaged stones, watches not functioning, water damage, cracked crystals).
- Repair costs will be charged where possible, or
- The item will be deemed purchased at full retail price if repair is not feasible.
Tampering
Any third-party cleaning, polishing, resizing, servicing, opening, or repair is strictly prohibited.
- The rental agreement will be void, and
- The item will be deemed purchased at full retail price.
Inspection & Reporting
- Any concerns must be reported within 12 hours of receipt
- Damage assessments are conducted by DIAMOND ICQ professionals, based on documented inspection records
🔁 Flexible Rental Arrangement
If your available Member Points are insufficient, you may still proceed with the rental:
In-Store Collection
- A temporary credit card authorisation will be placed for the shortfall amount
- This is an authorisation only and will not be charged
Courier Delivery
- The shortfall must be settled in advance by:
- Temporary credit card authorisation in-store, or
- FPS transfer for the applicable amount
All authorised amounts or deposits will be fully released or refunded upon return of the item in good condition.
