What is DIAMOND ICQ Membership, exactly?

A jewellery-management membership. Your one-time fee returns as Wallet Credit (worth more than you paid), member points and complimentary rentals. Wallet Credit usable in purchasing across our full collection of GIA-certified diamonds, fine jewellery, and the jewellery rental service.

Do I lose my fee if I never rent?

No. Wallet Credit applies to purchases as well as rentals – your fee retains full purchasing power within the DIAMOND ICQ collection even if you have never used it.

Can I rent multiple pieces at once?

Yes. As long as the total retail value of all rented items is within your Member Points Limit.

Do I need to pay a deposit to rent jewellery if I am a member?

Most jewellery requires no deposit.

Deposit required if your Member Points are insufficient.

What if I decide to buy a rented item?

If you buy within a 3-day rental, the rental fee is fully waived.

For 1 or 2 months rentals, rental fees are not refunded, and you pay the full retail price.

Can I top up my wallet or upgrade my membership later?

Yes. You may top up Wallet Credit at any time or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher tier.

Is my Wallet Credit refundable?

No. Membership fees and Wallet Credit are non-refundable, but the balance never expires and can always be used for jewellery rental or purchase.

How do I check my Wallet Credit or Member Points?

Log in and go to "My Account" → "Store Credit" for Wallet Credit.

"My Account" → "Member Points" for your current rental limit.

Can Wallet Credit be combined with discounts or promotion items?

Wallet Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, including but not limited to discounts or special-priced items. Wallet Credit is valid for full-priced items only.
