At Diamond ICQ Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying diamond jewellery online can be a big decision, and we're here to make sure you have a positive experience.

This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your diamond jewellery purchase from live.diamondicq.com.


Eligibility for Return:

  1. Items that are damaged or missing upon arrival are eligible for a refund within 21 days of delivery.


Items Not Eligible for Return:

  1. Any jewellery that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  2. Customized or personalized jewellery pieces.

  3. Items purchased on sale or clearance.

  4. Items picked up in-store, no refunds will be provided.


Return Process:

  • Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Securely Pack and Ship: Pack the unworn, undamaged jewellery in its original packaging with all tags and certificates. 

  • Return Shipment: Return the jewellery back to the Diamond ICQ address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned jewellery, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
